Amber’s home life wasn’t super great. Her father was an abusive asshole and her mom took a while to get rid of him, so she spent her childhood burying herself in computers and comic books. Buried with her is a pretty palpable amount of rage she doesn’t know what to do with. Maybe she could partition some heroic version of herself away from everything that makes her fundamentally terrible, into some kind of superhero alter ego.
Amber grew up with her best friend Ethan, who she dated until he came out of the closet to her on prom night. She grew up with Mike, but let’s not bring that up right now.
She looks pretty similar to Amazi-Girl, if you put her in a mask and a caped jumpsuit.
