Ruth is your average despot-like Resident Assistant. “Ruthless” rules her floor with an iron fist. It mostly seems to work, and for those who dare to push against her regime, she singles out for extra attention. It all seems pretty consistent until you have a real problem and suddenly she’s sympathetic and offering of herself, albeit in kind of a abrasively pragmatic, bluntly honest Ruth-y kind of way. Not sure how those two halves reconcile. Bet there’s a story.
Ruth doesn’t seem to have any friends, but she’s been seen…. sparring with Billie a lot. Bet they really hate each other.
