A lot of people have been hyping up the trans!Walky hints for a number of years now, and the thought has crossed my mind from time to time.

It goes back to the first time she saw Jocelyn before she started transitioning. She was never formally introduced so I’m unsure if she caught a name. But her line there was
“I’m pretty sure those are your parents. And some sorta reverse-sexed clone.”
So I read this as Sarah basically opening with a teasing twist on ‘hey, I know you!’ and then grinding to a halt as new information starts registering.

I still ship Jocelyne and Dorothy. I think it’s far more interesting that the two of them are together because of their shared interest in activism and Jocelyne’s burgeoning bisexuality. Mind you, I also think it’d be interesting that the thing that bothers Dorothy is that she and Joyce don’t share any real interest in the same causes. Also from Sarah’s angle, before Jocelyn turned toward her a little, Sarah definitely didn’t see the makeup on Jocelyn’s face (it looks like very light makeup to me) and probably didn’t see the cute top that Jocelyn is wearing. I think Sarah only saw the Hoodie over the cute top and the jeans, both of which could be worn by either gender.
