How much would people be willing to pay to get a giant picture book, of roughly the same size, shape, length, and content of a “Where’s Waldo/Wally?” book, only entitled, “Where’s Charlie?”
And how each megascene covers two pages and shows hundreds of different characters, along with pretty much every single one of the cast, all in one frozen moment doing something hilarious? And like all Waldo books, you get a little blurb on the side of the page, as Charlie’s journal or Charlie’s thoughts, as well as a list of specific other things to find in addition to Charlie. Things that are only described in their relationship to her, like “Charlie’s Girlfriend,” “Charlie’s Twin,” “Charlie’s Nintendo,” “Charlie’s Borrowed Head-Clenching Iguana,” etc.
I’d pay good money for one.
Also an adult coloring book. You know. Not a *cough* Adult *cough* coloring book, but something made for adults to enjoy. As long as we’re just throwing ideas out into the ether.

That or eaten by sea turtles. The later seems vanishingly unlikely in Charlie’s case, yet I would not be surprised if it happened.
Charlie and Carla are also good candidates for a DoA group B. Still don’t know a good group name. I wanna call them the Dummies but that would cover the entire cast. Need something more unique.
Actually make it Glasses Wearing Sapphics because it’s more inclusive and can also be shortened to GWS, an acronym that also stands for Girls with Slingshots.
Should I make a modification for that “DON’T CARE REMOVING PANTS NOW” script that adds a panel to the end that instead uses this “You just got pranked” Carla panel? Because it’s iconic and could work without context lol
It is progressing both Billie&Alice’s relationship as well as Charlie&Carla’s relationship in a comic about relationships. That seems narrative to me tbh.
It’s a brick joke. Alice and Jennifer stand there talking to a succession of cast members who keep coming by, and after conversations with the entire named student body finally have a 3 strip discussion of what they are doing next, and then in the last panel, fall on their faces.
Not to take away from the glory that is Chalie, but is no one going to mention the quiet-part-out-loud implications of “in your sleep”? Of Billie being in Alice’s room, or vice versa, overnight?

I don’t know if “hurting” is the active verb here. “Confusing.” “Baffling.” “Bemusing.” “Obstructing.” All perfectly LGBTQ+ friendly in this the month of Pride, which Carla is surely feeling for her girlfriend.
I was a little on concerned about the aftermath a Billie jumping on Alice to get to the phone but it looks like it’s part of a longstanding joke. It didn’t lead to a lesbian pile in a public place or injuries.
I’m just now realizing Jennifer and Alice are the Joyce and Dorothy relationship just about two or three steps further along in their development. They already went through the disaster hookup and romance part of the friendship and are back to being bi besties. Trust me this will be Joyce and Dorothy in like a year or two maybe minus one of them derailing the relationship by drunk driving them into a tree….Maybe. They do both enjoy their alcohol.
I’ll say this, I really hope we get a better idea of Charlie’s personality soon. So far, all we have is “looks confused, does magic.” Now that second part ain’t nothing, but I’m gonna need more to get invested in your mage.
