i’m surprsied there wouldn’t be some underground section that’d connect the buildings, if only for evacuations/emergencies as opposed to physically going outside building to buildling lol
The only thing that MIGHT connect the buildings would be underground steam pipes left over from the days when there was a central power plant on campus providing heat to the various buildings. DEFINITELY not suitable for transit between buildings.
And even then, they would probably only connect to the oldest buildings on campus.
On my campus (MIT), back in the 70s, I wandered around via the steam tunnels. Of course we weren’t supposed to, and you did need to keep away from the steam pipes because they were _hot_, but the tunnels did work.
in my LITERAL DREAMS there were tunnels connecting everything from my parents’ house to the neighbouring houses to A MALL and all of it was totally not sketchy or anything and would have worked perfectly IRL

Carla’s crush drives her to make some sort of effort, but her fear of vulnerability directs that effort in a direction that won’t lead to an actual relationship.

They do it in Maine, too. Seen it with my own two eyes. About 20 years ago, I drove up from D.C. to Portland, ME on business…In January. As part of the trip, I visited a friend in Waterville, ME. Back then, I could not get good cell service there and I always had trouble finding my friend’s place, so I would stop at the McDonald’s nearby and use (get ready for this) THE PAY PHONE OUTSIDE to call him and he would drive out and lead me back to his place (eventually, I drew a map – but then he moved, damn it!). On this particular day, the thermometer at the bank across the street from the McDonald’s read -5 F. And there was a 20 mph steady wind blowing. In order to dial the phone I had to take off my gloves and within 15 seconds my right hand felt like I already had frostbite. Well, while I am talking to Matt (my friend), I see two teenage girls and two teenage boys walk out of the McDonald’s. The girls were wearing dresses (at least they had leggings on) and the boys were wearing tee shirts and jams……NONE OF THEM HAD ANY WINTER GEAR ON. When I got back to Matt’s I told him about what I saw and his response was “Mainers….meh”.

With binders, it’s not so much that they’re uncommon to sleep in (that will vary depending on the person; I actually find it very easy to sleep in a binder, which is a problem). It’s that binding while you’re asleep is unsafe. Even quality binders can cause damage, and if you’re asleep, you can’t monitor your body as much as you need to in order to make sure you’re doing okay. It can also affect your breathing. Ideally, you’re suppose to minimize the total t

minimize the total time spent binding and take breaks during the time you have it on. 8 hours a day is the general maximum recommendation, so you probably don’t want to add on to your time in a binder while you’re asleep.
Has anyone else been having huge problems accessing the site lately? I usually read DoA on my phone but for more than a week I haven’t been able to load the site on my phone at all. I tried different browsers and everything. It works on a computer but I rarely use my laptop at home. Is it just me experiencing this, or do other people have the same problem?
I’m not having a problem, but if it works on your laptop and not your phone, try loading the site on your phone as the desktop version of the site.
It helped me recently with a different site I suddenly had a problem viewing.
I tried this too, but unfortunately my browser won’t even request the desktop version because it is apparently convinced that the site doesn’t even exist.
I also tried entering it through accessing the desktop version of google and clicking on the link to the comic from there, still nothing.
I’ve had the problem most of the time, like 18-24 hours a day, but then at random times I get through. Have only tried my desktop but I guess I’ll check the phone next time it goes down.
Best frenemies for life, really. I think malaya explicitly mentioned wearing a binder but i don’t remember if booster brought it up themselves but yeah even a sports bra, let alone a ‘regular’ bra seems like it’d be uncomfy to sleep in let alone a binder but i’m sure there are some fitted tanks that could still make ur chest/bust look smaller/slimmer without being a ‘binder’ per se
With binders, it’s not so much that they’re uncommon to sleep in (that will vary depending on the person; I actually find it very easy to sleep in a binder, which is a problem). It’s that binding while you’re asleep is unsafe. Even quality binders can cause damage, and if you’re asleep, you can’t monitor your body as much as you need to in order to make sure you’re doing okay. It can also affect your breathing. Ideally, you’re suppose to minimize the total t

minimize the total time spent binding and take breaks during the time you have it on. 8 hours a day is the general maximum recommendation, so you probably don’t want to add on to your time in a binder while you’re asleep.

Has anyone else been having huge problems accessing the site lately? I usually read DoA on my phone but for more than a week I haven’t been able to load the site on my phone at all. I tried different browsers and everything. It works on a computer but I rarely use my laptop at home. Is it just me experiencing this, or do other people have the same problem?
I’m not having a problem, but if it works on your laptop and not your phone, try loading the site on your phone as the desktop version of the site.
It helped me recently with a different site I suddenly had a problem viewing.
Or vice versa if your phone is somehow already using the desktop version instead of the mobile version, like my iPad apparently is.
I tried this too, but unfortunately my browser won’t even request the desktop version because it is apparently convinced that the site doesn’t even exist.
I also tried entering it through accessing the desktop version of google and clicking on the link to the comic from there, still nothing.
I’ve had the problem most of the time, like 18-24 hours a day, but then at random times I get through. Have only tried my desktop but I guess I’ll check the phone next time it goes down.

Willis draws the plaid patterns by hand, some artists just use the fill tool and it looks really awkward on sleeves that are moving around.
