Insects would be next to go, but Spiders need to come first since only a fool would try to fight a two-front war against enemies who literally outnumbers your species a billion to one. It’s a strategy I like to call ‘Divide and Conquer’.
Wouldn’t it make more sense to wage war on the insects first? Then, deprived of their food source, the spiders will not be able to put up much of a fight.

This has caused me to wonder something I’ve never wondered before. How old is Ethan compared to the others in the cast? Somehow in the scene, I picture him as the oldest of the group, whereas before I kinda thought he was the same age.
In DoA, Ethan is a freshman, same as 80% of the rest of the cast.

He can just be the oldest of the freshmen. Around the time these guys would have been in Kindergarten, there was a fad of moms holding boys back a year so that they would be biggest/strongest/smartest kids in the class. Interestingly enough, 2/3 of the people I personally know that that happened to make Ethan look straight.

I doubt Mike, Ethan and Amber are all roommates. All campuses that I know of have segregation by gender as far as dorms go. Plus, we already know Walky has Mike for a roommate, so that throws that out the window…
My dorm was you know, boys in one room girls in another, but the floor itself was mixed. Of course it probably helped to have out own private bathrooms.
I kind of messed up (and forgot) with the roommate remark. Ups.

Is it just me, or does Amber look… smaller than we’re used to seeing her? Maybe it’s because the Amber of DoA is younger than the Amber of Shortpacked!, but she just feels small compared to previous appearances, but I can’t quite put my finger on why she seems that way. I want to say that she looks thinner, maybe? Maybe a result of all that excercise she gets running around, kicking people in the face, and climbing onto gazebos?
She hasn’t put on the Freshman Fifteen yet. In Shortpacked, she already has and she never lost it.

I think its a result of all her vigilante activity. She’s obviously not doing the Amazi-Girl as simply an imaginary costume she came up with for fun or Halloween. She’s doing the hero thing pro, so she’s probably being working out more.
And you have to admit, the WoW player thing is a good secret identity cover. Who’d expect someone addicted to that game to be a real and effective vigilante?
I think this is a regular occurence for Ethan and Mike. I mean either Mike knew he’d need it, or else he’s been carrying around several pounds of iron for a “Just In Case” situation. I think the latter is unlikely due to how quickly he loaded his book into Walky’s bag after class.
But he didn’t drop the book in Walky’s bag because it was too heavy for him, he dropped it in Walky’s bag to make Walky’s bag too heavy.
I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again. Mike seems less angry in the Dumbiverse. He just seems grumpy.
