If you are a US Citizen, you should be able to enter Mexico and many EU countries without even needing a visa, through the visa waiver program. Staying long-term or engaging even in self-employment, though, is much harder.

Neither of them expressed a willingness or desire to have sex, no physical intimacy had been shown, and the last time we saw either character, they weren’t onscreen together.
Sarah is a major character and Tony is looking like he could be a character of significance; when has Willis not shown more build up of such characters’ first time together?
Lucy and Jacob might be the fastest main character hookup we’ve seen, and even then we saw them make their way to her room after dancing and kissing.
The only thing I can think of is Ethan’s hookups after Mike, but those characters weren’t significant.
Long story long, I believe Sarah’s first time with this particular man, regardless of how fast it happened, would be shared more with the readers than sprung on us as an afterthought.
It’s possible it could have happened and we get a flashback later, but that’s different than how it normally happens.
I’ve also got to assume that if she hadn’t been home all night, then Joyce or Joe would have commented on that rather than just the smile.
