   Um… Is this the right place? Apparently I’ve had my laptop banned from Shortpacked. I don’t think I’ve even posted there. Is this right? I’d e-mail but my tech-fu is poor.

   If it is, may I unreservedly apologise for whatever it was I did and humbly request either unbanning or some way of making amends. Thank you.
