As someone who obsessively shows up early to every appointment, and then worries that I’m too early and will come off as a weirdo if I don’t sit in my car for fifteen minutes, I feel called out.

in-comic, we don't often see malaya express emotions outside of their usual palette of annoyance and indifference – but the roller derby scene showcased a very confident, in-their-element malaya. i can totally imagine them just leaping for marcie after a great drill.
