I also think Walky still cares enough for Dorothy that he might not be down for just a casual hook up. Also, I think(I hope) he’s doing some self reflection after how things ended with Lucy, and IMO getting back with his ex right now proooobably wouldn’t be a very good idea.

She knows damn well how not classy it is to try to jump on your ex when they’re in the middle of an ambiguous, probably-breakup, Walky knows she knows. It seems like she’s been repeatedly trying to do the wrong thing as a way of, well… attacking her own self-worth.
“Wanna get out of here?” is usually used to mean “wanna go somewhere else so we can have sex?”
Usually you’d be saying it when you’re at a bar or something and not when you’re already in their bedroom. Alas, Dorothy realised moments too late that her particular phrasing had left her open to a comedic smash-cut at her expense.
