As the owner of a small ring light, used for Zoom but marketed as being for podcasters, what are ring lights actually supposed to be for? A few friends of mine are onlyfanz, fanzly, or loyalfanz providers. Yeah, they definitely have gripes about the difficulty of taking quality pics by themselves. None of them have the resources for a photographer. And problems: housemate schedules, lighting quality, the-body-don’t-bend-that-way, timing, blurriness, the list is long.
Especially if you’re trying to DIY. It’s hard to hold the camera or phone, get just the right pose, good lighting, check to see how it all looks on the display, and still snap the picture all on your own. Here’s where a tripod or a holder for the camera/phone would be convenient, along with a five-second countdown timer.
It might just be my personal opinion but putting this much effort into it kinda ruins the spirit of the spur of the moment crude lewd. This was supposed to be a joke right? Joyce didn’t even look at the ones she sent. Sending back a 4k image of perfectly cropped and lighted Dorothy cleavage is maybe revealing more about Dorothy’s investment in this than she realizes.
Didn’t that used to play on the old ‘Ed Sulllivan Show’ (yes, I know, I’m dating myself.!) when they had someone come out and do a plate-spinning or juggling routine?

I think an important part of this comic is that characters do change. Joyce was a devout Christian at the start of this comic. She’s atheist now. Dorothy told Danny she’s a zero and straight but maybe she’s discovering more about herself since then. Carla has a girlfriend now. All we can really do is watch and see how these characters develop.
Amber described them as “barely legible” last strip. Sending an awful, blurry mess in response would be appropriate. Dorothy’s desire to make sure she responds with good sexy pictures instead of shitpost-tier ones is telling.

Next up: websearching HOWTO selfie, finding conflicting information, or recommendations for phones that they don’t have, researching replacement phones with the best cameras that are within Dorothy’s budget, possibly blowing her budget on the most expensive option, feeling guilty about spending so much money and returning the phone unopened, and so on and so forth.
In the end, Dorothy is so fed up that she never takes any more lewds, let alone sends them, and just deletes all the lewds, including the Joyce photos, from her phone, and the topic never comes up again.
It helps to re-read the entire comic from start to finish several times (I think I’m on 5? Might be 6.) and to pay special attention to any vague sniff of girl/girl behavior.
Amber’s right about the pushing together. Dorothy’s boons are like half the size of Joyce’s, so if she wants the same degree of cleavage, she’s gonna have to put a little effort in.
And don’t think I’ve forgotten about “Wait, why am I ‘Jugs’?” “You’ve got to know.” Dorothy’s well aware of how big Joyce’s are.
Two, now that I think of it. The first is when he walks in and sees what’s going on, and when they pull him in it kick-starts his heart again. The second is four hours later, when the gals are ready to wind down and he risks one last pop, which winds up being an overreach and they have to get him medical attention. The hospital visit is fairly awkward, but he manages to pull through and once the doctor scolds the three of them (simultaneously dishing out high fives), they’re free to go.
Walky goes to see Danny after recovering from his heart attack, because hey, maybe this’ll give Danny a heart attack too be something they can bond over, but Danny’s just too happy to learn about more bisexual awakenings to really get caught up in the ex-girlfriends of it all.
I am a _great_ fan of where this is going. Amber’s choice of high angle is expert. Soon, Dorothy is shirtless, then laying down, then a series of progressively denuded lounge poses with quality lighting choice.
Eventually, Dorothy and Amber both pause.
Dorothy says “Waaaiiiit a minute. Something’s odd about this.”
Amber agrees and silently exits the room.
After a beat panel, she comes back carrying Dorothy’s math textbook and several carrots.
Booster _does_ have both the photography skills and the desire to see further chaos. They should complement well with Amber’s desire to see further chaos and give directorial input.
I can see a future for Amber as a photographer or director of photography on movies. She seems to really know what she’s doing. Dorothy should follow her advice. If this sending photos of Joyce and Dorothy to each other continues, it would be fun if Amber became the official photographer.
What you wanna do is crank the contrast as high as you can, blow up the saturation on a separate layer, use a glow blend between them, invert the colors, then slide the hue all the way to the far end.

Two, now that I think of it. The first is when he walks in and sees what’s going on, and when they pull him in it kick-starts his heart again. The second is four hours later, when the gals are ready to wind down and he risks one last pop, which winds up being an overreach and they have to get him medical attention. The hospital visit is fairly awkward, but he manages to pull through and once the doctor scolds the three of them (simultaneously dishing out high fives), they’re free to go.
Walky goes to see Danny after recovering from his heart attack, because hey, maybe this’ll

Nothing says “i’m only sending a nude back as a fun reply” quite like doing a full-blown photoshoot for it.
I can see a future for Amber as a photographer or director of photography on movies. She seems to really know what she’s doing. Dorothy should follow her advice. If this sending photos of Joyce and Dorothy to each other continues, it would be fun if Amber became the official photographer.
