BUFFER WATCH
Comics are currently drawn and uploaded through:
i’m imagining the next strip as being one long panel with an evil mwahahaha kind of chuckle from Ruth (shown as a huge shadow looming over the cowering sarah), and a NOOOOOOOOOO! from Sarah.
I just noticed – Joyce is facing a fricking clock on the wall and checks her cell phone for the time?? Those demonic things have erased people’s ability to read analog, grrr….
I think Joyce can read analog fine. I can, but would still check my phone for the time, out of both habit and not expecting there to be clocks anywhere.
Yeah, well…not everyone can wear I watch. I can’t. Something in my bio-chemistry causes me to short out the batteries. So…I carry a wind-up fob watch, instead.
I been to a number of places where the clocks are either not working or don’t have the correct time. I trust my watch for the correct time as I readjust it to the exact second every first Sunday of the month.
the thing about white liberal Americans is that they'll argue to accept bigots into their tent before accepting the bigots' targets.
the targets that have been on the same side as white liberals from the jump.
John Redcorn was pretty much the only contemporary Native representation I had in comedy growing up. Probably the funniest Native character in cartoon history and a lot of that was on Jonathan Joss' pitch perfect rezzy uncle performance. RIP to one of the best to ever do it.
today in #9chickweedlane i learned that, yes, lolly is so edda 2.0 that she's even wearing her mother's wedding dress as she gets married to Her Dad (But Taller)
online transformers collectors: i hope ss86 megatron doesn't have big ol' treads on his back!!!
ss86 megatron: *treads fold up inside the legs*
online transformers collectors: HIS LEGS ARE TOO CHUNKY >>>:((((
the big disconnect that happens here is between the correct message for D politicians (especially in red states), which is “you’re right, this isn’t who you are, you’re better than that, vote differently next time”
and the actual truth, which is yes you did, fuck you
Raw milk has the opportunity to do the funniest thing
Ferric Fang@fangferric.bsky.social ⋅ 3d
RFK Jr celebrated the release of the MAHA report by downing raw milk shooters in the White House with influencer Paul Saladino. Hazards of raw milk include Listeria, Salmonella, Campylobacter, Yersinia, E. coli O157:H7, and now-- avian flu.
I have a thing for red heads but the last panel cliched it I love Ruth
LOL! Aww, yeah!
I hope Dina doesn’t die in this universe…
And I hope we see Jason.
Jason should be a grad student, maybe a TA.
We haven’t met any of the professors yet.
I kinda hope we can see Professor Doc as a professor.
Jason as a grad student would be pretty awesome, too.
Dina being quiet and dilligent. Guess she hasn’t changed much so far besides headgear of choice.
I think I’m going to like Ruth. Had no problem with the other one, but this one looks like more fun.
Is she going to do that with all the girls? Because that’s going to take a while.
And Ruth begins the roundup…
I love this comic.
Hey, I thought The Cheese wasn’t going to be in this comic!
Oh wait, that’s just Ruth. Got my silhouettes mixed up there.
Maybe Ruth IS The Cheese!
I’m becoming more and more enamored with Ruth every second… Damn you Willis! Damn you and your ability to make fictional characters appealing!
DUN DUN DUN!
I just love the coloring of this comic. Something about the tones really please’s me.
Dina, Dorothy, Joyce… Walky_(Prime)’s 3 main lady interests? coincidence?
Dammit, this is secretly going to be a harem comic, isn’t it.
Joyce is the genki girl, Dina the shy one, Dorothy the smart one, Sarah the sassy one, and Ruth the parental figure.
DAMN YOU WILLIS.
Ruth would be a hell of a parental figure.
Don’t forget Billie, the childhood friend.
These three are here because they were the most likely to obey authority figures, or at least be scared into it, in Dina’s case.
So from the entire dorm only three people were timid enough to actually show up?
Ah well, that just gives them more time for introductions. And Dina.
Walky randomly shows up, introductory orgy.
Introductory orgies are the best kind of orgies!
You’ve been married far too long if you believe that.
Joyce, meet the target of your impending insane jealousy.
It’s already been said, but YAY DINA! So happy to have her back. I’m doing a triangular Joyce grin right now, seriously.
i’m imagining the next strip as being one long panel with an evil mwahahaha kind of chuckle from Ruth (shown as a huge shadow looming over the cowering sarah), and a NOOOOOOOOOO! from Sarah.
Hey look it’s blond Amber!
I am so glad you were randomly assigned her avatar.
This is exactly the kind of evil I’d inflict as a residential assistant.
Fortunately for you peons, I’ve self-selected myself out of that particular situation.
Holy crap! Jason Voorhees? Freddy Krueger? Forget that! Ruth Leese is the one you need to watch out for; she will mess you up!
ruth is awesome *squints to see what looks like robin in background on sofa*
I just noticed – Joyce is facing a fricking clock on the wall and checks her cell phone for the time?? Those demonic things have erased people’s ability to read analog, grrr….
I think Joyce can read analog fine. I can, but would still check my phone for the time, out of both habit and not expecting there to be clocks anywhere.
Man you people make me feel old as heck… WEAR A WATCH…
Yes, I wear a watch, most because I spend a large amount of time where my phone doesn’t get a signal… you know like in a cave, or the woods…
Yeah, well…not everyone can wear I watch. I can’t. Something in my bio-chemistry causes me to short out the batteries. So…I carry a wind-up fob watch, instead.
I wear a watch cos it is easier to just turn my wrist to read a watch than it is to dig my phone from my bag and unlock it to view the time.
I been to a number of places where the clocks are either not working or don’t have the correct time. I trust my watch for the correct time as I readjust it to the exact second every first Sunday of the month.
RANDOM AVATAR.
YES I GOT JOE
And, if things still hold true from the assignment I’ve seen on my previous posts on this site, prior to the randomizing…
I GOT MIKE. THIS IS THE MOST WONDERFUL THING EVER.
Also I think this obligates me to end every post with something about fucking your mom. For a nickel. And that was only because I was out of pennies.
These three comments are unintentionally much funnier after the Gravatars got re-randomized.
Awesome comic!
Awesome!!!
Um, I love Ruth in that last panel. xD
Cheshire Cat much?
(And Sarah’s eyes. Oh, Sarah’s eyes…)
Whats that shadow in the night? Its…..
RUTHLESS!!!!
*Jaws theme*
I’m really frightened of Ruth.
SARAH CAN’T ENJOY HER PIZZA
…what, I’m the only one to spot that reference?
I suddenly hear the “Psycho” theme and I have no idea why.
with bringbackroomies up and running this seems oddly familiar
(Insert Horror Movie Joke Here)
Pizza is always less delicious when eaten without your femurs.
