As I said before I believe Mike is Amazi-Girl, after all most guys still consider it to be embarrassing when a girl beats them up, so he gets to be an ass and still do some good
It clearly has nothing to do with the fact that she immediatly started flirting with Walky and she would be completely unable to justify any sentiment against him ever?
Well, they did a bit more than just “flirting”. Where I come from we often call it “hot sloppy make-outs” or “tongue-fucking each-other’s faces”. Whichever works.
Since never. I know. But then again, Dorothy seems to be more of a “rational” type, in a sense. But she also is not made of stone, and would not want someone she cares for to be unhappy, even if she has no intention of being in a relationship with them any longer. It takes maturity.
And to be frank, the fact that she seems to be happy with Walky probably helps.
Yeah, she broke up with him, and she’d clearly already moved on mentally even before she met Walky. Doesn’t seem strange to me. Count your blessings, Dorothy!
She should be overjoyed actually. She’d been trying to convince him to move on and find his own path. Then again, this would be the perfect time to develop conflicting emotions.
Even if so, she could be flattered, if she thinks of herself as the template for that type. Though, knowing her, she’d probably be a little more annoyed at that prospect, because it would imply that he’s not yet over her.
That or she at some subconscious level is aware that one or two Willis comics ago being at the center of the drama was a great way to get horrifically killed, and thus avoiding such things is a better way to avoid having your studies interrupted.
You know, it never occurred to me before, but after Sarah’s last line, I’m suddenly starting to “hear” Dorothy’s voice as that of Daria Morgendorffer, and that makes me smile for some reason.
I hope this comment isn’t as horrible as it sounds in my head, but I just had to get it out. Why does Sarah dress like a lunchlady? That tank top and the headkerchief really take me back to the high school cafeteria. And as I’m sure anyone who endured public school knows, the cafeteria is a place to be feared. It is not a good place.

btw if you're one of those rando bluesky weirdos who doesn't know me but sees me in the wild being sarcastic and don't know i'm being sarcastic because you haven't taken like 30 seconds to, like, maybe look at my user profile or something, keep walking, you're not going to score internet points here
Here's an entertaining cite at the bottom of the first page

Where did Hollywood go so wrong? I thought movies were supposed to be an escape from reality, a chance to put your worries aside and not have to think about any underlying ideas or concepts. Well, not anymore.

It's not a new argument, of course, but Chesterton dismissed it effectively in 1908.
"You will hear everlastingly... this argument that the rich man cannot be bribed. The fact is, of course, that the rich man is bribed; he has been bribed already. That is why he is a rich man."

Hawley dismisses Trump lining his pockets with his memecoin: "Listen, I think nobody believes that Donald Trump can be bought. I mean, what does Donald Trump need more money for?"
wilbur, savvy enough to know he's in a comic strip but still not a great actor, awkwardly lifts a muffin up into frame so that we, the audience, understand that he has a muffin right now, which is very important narratively, but he's not really selling it well as an organic, human action
confirming that the reason there's been no Galaxy Version female characters in Blokees until now is that they felt they needed to make Round Lady Thighs For Ladies
Excellent!
It’s Amazi-girl.
But Sal wasn’t in this comic!
Don’t be silly, Danny can’t be Amazi-girl, Danny’s a BOY, and Amazi-girl is a GIRL. Duh.
Looking real defensive there, Sal. OR SHOULD I SAY AMAZI-GIRL
Dany’s not in this comic either.
or IS he?
He is. You just don’t see him because he’s Amazi-Girl (read: Batman).
As I said before I believe Mike is Amazi-Girl, after all most guys still consider it to be embarrassing when a girl beats them up, so he gets to be an ass and still do some good
That’s crazy. Joe is Amazi-Girl. Besides, Amazi-Girl doesn’t wear glasses.
Ooh, robotic emotional detachment. I think I’ve got that going on. Sarah and I could be good buds. =P
Stop mourning your life and be glad I have decided that you are conversation-worthy.
Real boring? Dotty, you just have a relationship with Walky. How can it be boring?
Shh! Don’t let Sarah find out — she’ll stop speaking to Dorothy!
…and Dotty is a cyborg.
No Dorothy, you are the cyborgs.
You suggesting that there are more than one Dotties around the place?
That’d make her a Cylon, not a cyborg.
And Sarah’s all, “ASSIMILATE!”
“ASS-STIM-U-LATE!”
My response as given by George Takei:

The last time you met Amber she was with Danny and you spooked her off. Don’t do it again!
TONGUE FUCK BABY!
I WANNA FUCK YOU WITH A TONGUE!
Oh, GWAR, you are my heroes.
Since when the hell has potential irrationality ever stopped anyone from doing anything?
Then again, this would be the perfect time to develop conflicting emotions.
come to think of it, whenever I’ve broken up with somebody, I’ve felt glad for them / relieved of guilt when they’ve found somebody else.
The only thing that Dotty might be bothered with by Amber is how much she looks like her, suggesting that Danny has a clear type.
Even if so, she could be flattered, if she thinks of herself as the template for that type. Though, knowing her, she’d probably be a little more annoyed at that prospect, because it would imply that he’s not yet over her.
Does that mean Danny would be into Faz?
everyone’s into Faz. He’s the epitome of sexuality personified. You can see by this chart…
That ship must never be launched!
I’m straight and generally don’t say these things, but damn is Dorothy hot!
ooooh dorothy and sarah slash fic please!!!
Most emotionally detached slash fic ever!
So, basically, it would be like most of the porn on the net…
With Dotty’s robo-like behaviour, a Sarah/Dotty slash would consist of IKEA Erotica.
Yes, yes, use the Allen wrench!
But which one? I have SO MANY! Maybe i should just use them all!
That’s no Dorothy. It’s a pod person.
that’s no dorothy. it’s a space station!
That’s no moon, it’s a — (*THWACK*)
I AM DOROTHY PLEASE INSERT GIRDER
I am Billie and please insert
penisesLIQUOR! WOOOO!!I’m pretty sure Billie is okay with either.
or both
are you suggesting that Billie’s ideal mate would be the creator of Penis Liquor?
Are you suggesting anyone’s ideal mate *wouldn’t* be?
This is why Sarah is my favourite. See also: Everything she ever says or does.
Sarah is awesome. There are no words for how awesome she is.
I just realized that Sarah’s complete shunning of anyone who brings “drama” into her little bubble is way more immature than the actual drama.
I’m not sure why it took me so long to catch on.
You mean people aren’t always aware of the implications of their own actions?
That or she at some subconscious level is aware that one or two Willis comics ago being at the center of the drama was a great way to get horrifically killed, and thus avoiding such things is a better way to avoid having your studies interrupted.
When you think about it: Amber is with Danny. Dorothy is with Walky. So… I guess everybody’s happy, right?
billie still hasn’t hooked up with sal and/or ruth.
or both
You’re okay with it because your lady parts are alive with the song of the Walky. And that can be as dirty as you want it to be.
Ah, my two favorite characters get along. All is well.
Yes, Sarah, you totally remember her from the floor meeting a week ago. You do not remember her from Friday night. Dressed in that costume and mask.
Sarah is a very difficult person to like, saying things like that.
“I feel like I’ve seen her somewhere before”
Those are called mirrors.
You know, it never occurred to me before, but after Sarah’s last line, I’m suddenly starting to “hear” Dorothy’s voice as that of Daria Morgendorffer, and that makes me smile for some reason.
Thank you so much for that suggestion. this comic is going to be much better as I assign Daria voices to everyone
Sarah’s smile is kinda scary.
Dorothy’s gonna find out, and Danny’s ex will get to interview his current girlfriend. If indeed they start to date or w/e.
You must know some hot lunch ladies.
Sarah likes Dorothy because she’s cold, robotic, and emotionally detached?
D–> I need a towel
Whew…that’s a relief…Good to know I’m not the only one with a robotic emotional detachment
