        if it comes back negative, I can get an iron transfusion, or at the very least it means I’m no longer DYING dying
        on top of this, the way the world is rn,
        and that my friends’ dog also died today,

          I am so sorry. I hope you test comes back negative. Tell your friend I am sorry about their dog – returning an angel to heaven is never easy.
          And don’t worry too much about the world, just focus on hanging in there so you can see it get better. The one good thing about total chaos, is you can never really tell how its going to pan out. The human mind (and media) is predisopositoned for the negative, so there is always more hope than you think.
