Pedantic, but I’m in the middle of growing my hair out in a style similar to what Becky had and could trim it up and get shorter bangs. I have to balance my ADHD child and their wild urge to get bangs every few months (but bangs have been adorable)

If her hair on both sides was longer, and she cut it like this, then yeah if I could see it. But the only other cuts she could really do would be another side shave, which she seemed tired of or else wouldn’t have let it grown out, or a super short cut / pixie cut. Like, there’s not a whole lot of options wrt evening out hair that’s longer on one side
